The Hammer Strength Curl Bar is designed for long term quality. American-made materials and manufacturing deliver a curl bar that can withstand intense abuse. The high strength steel shaft and sleeves are hard chrome plated to prevent corrosion. The medium knurl provides a secure grip without tearing up your hands. Industrial grade bushings are used in the sleeves to allow smooth rotation.
Available in Straight and EZ curl shaft types. Athletes can benefit from the bends of the EZ curl shaft which help limit stress on the wrists and reduce common injury risks. Exercisers can also use a narrow grip for performing tricep extensions and close grip curls.
